Besides podcasting, Russel’s favourite thing is making cookbooks. He’s worked on 26 of them. At last count, 7 of those were best-sellers, so he has some skills. His expertise spans creative direction, styling, photography, content writing, recipe editing and print production. 

He manages projects from concept to final delivery, overseeing creative, budget and print processes to ensure each book is visually stunning, hitting the shelf at a price-point that makes sense to both author and consumer.
